What Membership Includes.
Conference Members and Independent Institution Members have full-scope votes. Associate Members have limited-scope votes. Every Member in good standing keeps access to core compliance-monitoring and dispute-resolution functions.
Voting
- Conference Members and Independent Institution Members: full-scope votes
- Associate Members: limited-scope votes
- Voting weights are set by the Council's membership rules. This page does not create them.
Core functions
- Compliance-monitoring functions the Council operates
- Dispute-resolution under a membership agreement and an Enforcement Code once those exist
- Notices and reports that membership requires
- Committee participation by invitation
